Read and Feeds mission is to strengthen literacy skills among under-served elementary school children and provide meals in a nurturing neighborhood environment.

The Tammy Lynn Center empowers families and enriches the lives of children and adults through education, community and support services. They serve individuals with a wide range of developmental delays, from very mild to severe and profound cognitive impairment. Aquinas spent time in the homes of the individuals who live on campus.

The Inter-Faith Shuttle of Raleigh connects families to nutritious food and helps develops skills for self-sufficiency. They are pioneering innovative, transformative solutions to end hunger. The Aquinas team prepared grocery bags for a senior living community. We delivered groceries door-to-door to the seniors and interacted with them.

Established in 1980, the Food Bank is a non-profit organization that has provided food for people at risk of hunger. The Food Bank serves a network of more than 800 partner agencies such as soup kitchens, food pantries, shelters, and programs for children and adults through distribution centers.

BackPack Buddies is designed to provide children from low-income households with 10-12 pounds of nutritious kid friendly groceries for the weekend when free school lunches and breakfasts are not provided. The Food Shuttle works with each school system and individual schools to identify need. School officials at each site then identify students to receive BackPack Buddies.

MHCO helps children who need a stable, caring and loving home. Their state licensed and accredited home uses a family-living model that provides their children with individual living spaces, essentials needed for daily living, support if they have special needs, and a promise for full development and learning.

Aquinas has become a partner with the Women’s Center of Wake County in addressing the critical needs and providing ongoing support for some of the most fragile and vulnerable women and families in our community. Becoming a sustaining donor with a monthly gift means that the critical services and supports are always here for these women and children.

Theatre Raleigh is a professional, non-profit theatre company based out of the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Raleigh.

The Carolina Hurricanes are a professional ice hockey team based in Raleigh, North Carolina. They are members of the Metropolitan Division of the Eastern Conference of the National Hockey League (NHL). The Hurricanes play their home games at the 18,680-seat PNC Arena.

The Carolina Rollergirls are the Triangle’s Roller Derby team! The Carolina Rollergirls are dedicated to enriching the lives of women through sports training and participation in international competition. They are an organization run solely by skaters and volunteers and we’re thrilled to support CRG!
